The momentum gained from June's successful first floor pouring has carried us forward, and we are now on the verge of achieving another major milestone — the concrete pouring of the second floor.

Second Floor Structural Framework
The structural framework for the second floor is now well advanced. Key activities completed this month include:
Installation of steel reinforcement and rebar
Erection of formwork and falsework systems
Placement of embedded sleeves and anchors for MEP services
Structural steel installations where required
Approaching Concrete Pouring
We are pleased to report that the second floor is approaching its concrete pouring phase. With the formwork and reinforcement now largely in place, the team is finalizing preparations for this critical operation. The concrete pour is scheduled to take place in the coming days, weather permitting.
MEP Integration
MEP works have progressed in tandem with the structural construction, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as the building rises.
